Cica Farm Regenerating Solution Toner is an oil-in-water type toner that helps balance the oil and moisture levels in the skin. This non-sticky toner, when applied, adheres smoothly and moistly to the skin, providing it with hydration. The toner contains Centella Asiatica, which is effective in strengthening the skin barrier and soothing sensitive skin. It also contains naturally derived plant extracts and herbal extracts that help remove dead skin cells and wastes, moisturize the skin, and form a moisturizing film. This functional toner has a moist and refreshingly cool water-type texture that provides a rich moisturizing feeling.

1. Soak a cotton pad with toner or apply with your hands.
2. Gently wipe the cotton pad across the entire face or massage the product over the entire face using your hands.
3. Gently pat for better absorption.
