Shipping policy

For Customers in Ontario and Quebec (ON, QB):

Orders up to CA$ 62.99: A shipping fee of CA$ 10.00 - CA$ 20.00 will be charged.
Orders CA$ 63.00 and above (before tax): Free shipping.

For Customers in the Rest of Canada (excluding Yukon, NWT):

Orders up to CA$ 62.99: A shipping fee of CA$ 15.00 - CA$ 30.00 will be charged.
Orders CA$ 63.00 and above (before tax): Free shipping.

For Customers in the USA:

Orders up to US$ 58.99: A shipping fee of US$ 10.00 - US$ 25.00 will be charged.
Orders US$ 59.00 and above (before tax): Free shipping.
Please note that customs and duty fees may apply.

Processing and Fulfillment:

Please note the normal order processing time is 1-4 (to CA) and 4-8 (to US) business days. Adjustment requests, holidays, and special occasions may delay both processing and delivery times.

Failed or Unclaimed Delivery:

Your order may be returned to us when unclaimed or due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. These failed delivery attempts are considered undeliverable.
When an undeliverable package is returned to us, we can either issue a refund or attempt to re-ship the package (additional fee applies).
If an undeliverable order is cancelled by the customer, the original delivery fee will be applied. In some cases, an additional handling fee (15% of the value of your order) will be applied.

Additional Information:

• We do not ship to international destinations.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Tracking information will be automatically provided once the order has been shipped.
• Your package may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders may be delayed in transit.
• We reserve the right to consolidate orders going to the same address in one delivery.
