Uniquan Vitamin Shower Filter - Purple Lavender

This shower filter is very effective, it has made the water from my shower to become very soft.
I like the soft and silky feel of the water from my shower on my skin and hair, it is such a great feeling.
I like how this product is universal fit and it is very easy to install.
I got the purple lavender one and it is packed with lots of Vitamin C, aromatherapy and it smells so good.
Now, my shower time is very enjoyable and really relaxing.

This aromatherapy water softener chlorine filter ticks off a lot of boxes. Skin and hair feel softer, the water has a beautiful mild lavender scent to it and there’s much less chlorine smell to the water. It both adds and subtracts. Most just filter out, but this adds vitamin C, lavender, and takes out chlorine and flouride. It’s win, win, win! Super easy to attach and operate. Took me less than a minute to install. The only side effect is that it raised the height of the shower head and slightly changed the angle of the shower. So I’ve ordered a shower elbow attachment that should angle the head down about an inch to where it was before. Cost me $20, but it’s worth it. I really like the improvement. The water pressure remained the same as before the filter was added. The info says it’s good for around 8,000 gallons of water flow. Not sure how long that will last for, but I’ll get another one of these right away to be ready when it needs replacing. Love it.

A unique type of filter in that it doesn't just REMOVE unwanted particles or minerals, but it also ADDS other ingredients. More specifically, I think the cartridge has a filter within it that traps some of the impurities in the inflowing water, and provides the addition of some skin softening ingredients like glycerin and milk powder. The lavender scent is very soft and calming and while it doesn't leave a fragrance on the skin after the shower, it does have some lingering smell in the bathroom. Take note it does change the pressure and flow of the shower head and water slightly.

I recently installed and tested out the Uniquan aromatherapy water filter, and overall, I found it quite straightforward to set up. The installation process was a breeze—it simply screws right in. However, I did notice a slight issue with the tightness of the threads, leading to some minor leakage. A quick fix with some plumbing tape should do the trick.

Opting for the lavender filter, I was excited to indulge in its soothing scent. While it wasn't quite the traditional lavender aroma I expected, it offered a pleasant floral fragrance nonetheless.

As for the added benefits of Vitamin C, such as its antioxidant properties and potential anti-aging effects, it's challenging for me to gauge the exact quantity being delivered through the filter. My primary reason for getting this was the for the aromatherapy so I appreciate any additional skincare benefits it may provide.

The water becomes considerably softer after passing through its advanced filtration system, which efficiently gets rid of pollutants and chlorine.
