Refund policy

If you need to return a product, it must be sent within 7 days after receiving it.

All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Please Note:

• Return/exchange requests are permitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Return items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
• The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process:

We do not provide a return label, so you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s), including orders with free shipping. This cost is non-refundable.
Online orders cannot be returned in person at the store and must be shipped to our Online Orders Department. No exceptions.

• Step 1: Send an email us with your full name, telephone number, address, order number, item(s) being returned, reasons for return, and the tracking number of your returning package. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your item.
• Step 2: Place your return in the original packaging with the original receipt, making sure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
• Step 3: Remember to include your order number on the return label. Please note that COD returns will be refused upon delivery.

Important Information:

• Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Any shipping, handling, and freight charges on all returning goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Any items lost, stolen, or damaged en route back to UShops are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the courier.
• Your item(s) may be refunded after your purchase due to uncontrolled online traffic. Some items may be ordered simultaneously by multiple customers, and the system will process the orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, in the event that the item(s) ordered become out of stock and no longer available after the transaction was processed, the order will be automatically refunded by our system.
• While every effort has been made to display our product's colors as accurately as possible on ushops.com, computer monitors vary. As such, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display coloring will be completely accurate.
• Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved for return, the purchase amount will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
