Refund policy

Returning items must be postmarked 14 business days from the date your order was received. No refunds will be processed after the 14-day time period. We do not provide a return label and you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s)-this includes orders with free shipping. This cost is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned in person in the store and must be shipped to our Online Orders Department. NO EXCEPTION.

Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Any shipping, handling, and freight charges on all returning goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Any items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged en route back to Ushops are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the courier.
  • Your item(s) may be refunded after your purchase due to the uncontrolled online traffic, some items are ordered simultaneously by multiple customers and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, in the event that the item(s) ordered may become out of stock and no longer available after the transaction was processed and will be automatically refunded by our system.
  • While every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible our product's coloring/resolution that appears on ushops.com, computer monitors vary. As such, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display coloring will be completely accurate.
  • Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved for return, the purchased amount will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please follow these steps in completing a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@ushops.com with the following information:
  • Full name
  • Telephone number
  • Address
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reasons for return
  • The tracking number of returning package
  • Place your return in the original packaging with the original receipt.
  • Make sure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method with a signature option. We cannot accept COD returns and they will be refused upon delivery. Please note that Ushops is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • Include your order number on the return label.
